Rules and Policy for Booking Cancellation & Postponement
Weekdays (Monday – Friday):
You may cancel or postpone your booking at least 2 days in advance without any charge.
Weekends (Saturday – Sunday):
You are required to cancel or postpone your booking at least 4 days in advance.
Late Cancellation or Postponement:
If you request to cancel or postpone 1 day before or on the same day of your booking, a fee of 500 AED will be charged and retained.
